I am beyond excited to be your child’s teacher this year. I enjoy seeing how much my students grow and learn by the end of the year. My mission is to develop my student's love of learning and foster their curiosity. I believe that all children can succeed, and it is my job to provide an equitable learning experience for them. I want them to have a sense of pride and do their personal best every day. They will become more independent, responsible, making new friends along the way! 

This will be my 14th year teaching and my seventh year at King Elementary School. I am excited to join the first grade team! Previously, I taught kindergarten at King for 6 years. Before beginning at the King, I taught kindergarten for 6 years and 1st and 2nd grade for 1 year in California and Maryland. When I am not in school, I am spending time with my husband, Nick, and my 2 year old Henry.
